To the human:

Who’s struggling with intrusive thoughts

Who’s had suicidal thoughts

Who’s had low self-esteem

Who’s thought everyone would be better off without them

To the human:

Who is constantly hoping they didn’t accidentally offend someone

Who cares too much what others think of them

Who worries no one likes them

To the human:

Who is constantly afraid of rejection

Who is worried they’re a bad person

Who feels so broken

You are not alone

I have been there

It can get better

It will get better

We are all human
